Effective and efficient service by professionals. They go the extra mile for the customer and explanations of any additional service needs is a part of their standard procedures. Also, a comfortable customer lounge with a coffee bar and water is provided free of charge for customers choosing to wait for their cars. I purchased a 2022 BMW 430i Gran Coupe remotely from this dealership while living in Orlando, FL. Garrett, my salesperson, was outstanding throughout the sales process—professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Unfortunately, my experience after the sale was very different.
The vehicle arrived with a defective passenger seat despite receiving an inspection report stating everything was functioning properly. My 76-year-old father recently purchased a truck from this dealership, and our experience has been extremely disappointing.
Before purchasing the truck, we were told that the vehicle came with a **30-day/1,000-mile warranty**. We specifically relied on that representation when deciding to move forward with the purchase. The dealership also informed us that the truck needed a repair, which they said they would complete the following Monday. They provided my father with a loaner vehicle over the weekend and later told us the repair had been completed. Based on those assurances and the promised warranty, my father signed the paperwork.

Wow, what can I say but: talk about going the extra mile and committing to doing things right! My case is one that is far from the norm. Due to forces well outside of this Service Center's control, my vehicle was with them for over three months. The purchase of my vehicle through Carvana came with an extended warranty and ultimately needed a transmission. Please keep in mind that this was not a Ford product; instead, a third party program that ended up being a giant headache.

Takes all day for an oil change. I recently left my truck there all day for a recall oil change and tire rotation. I only got the oil changed as they forgot to rotate the tires and my recall wasn’t handled either. I have purchased 5 cars here but there won’t be a sixth. Worst and slowest service I have ever seen.
Feels like family when you are here! Very knowledge and friendly people. Will bring my vehicles anytime.

Had a couple of recalls to get fixed and a claim that was under the initial 36000/3 year warranty for my maverick. Communication was great with the folks there all things considered and I got everything fixed in a couple of days.

My visit to this dealership has always been good until this last visit. My service advisors in the past never had a problem coming to the waiting area and keeping me informed as to what was being done to my vehicle . My last advisor evidently did not feel the need or had a color problem.
Rivertown ford has sold myself and all of my family cars and trucks over the years. The ease of transaction and the overall experience has always been above and beyond my expectations. There is no hassle. There is no game. Connor Hart always gives it to me straight and I’m always treated like one of their own here. Received excellent customer service. The work was completed in a very timely manner. The service rep and the scheduler, Gracie did an amazing job.
We are on a three month trip northward when we suspected a differential issue with our Transit Coachmen. Even though they had lots of commercial sized vehicles waiting they put out our van in the bay immediately. Our service advisor Brittney and tech Zack were more than helpful. If we were going to have a problem I’m glad we landed at this dealership.

If it wasn’t for Mr Davis at the ford store I would have bought somewhere else. Mr. Garrett Davis took my number and help me look for a vehicle like I was wanting and he did that and it helped me out a whole lot. Save me a lot of runaround looking for what I wanted. He found exactly what I wanted and that’s why I bought and next time I need to vehicle or anybody I know that needs a vehicle. He will be the one I sent them to.

The dealership and staff had me in and out in my new truck in less than three hours. Eric crowell is without a doubt the best salesmen in the place. He was not over bearing, extremely helpful to narrow down the right vehicle that fit our family, and worked to ensure we had the best deal/price. Overall, this was the best dealership experience I have ever had. I hate car shopping and haggling prices. You will not find that at rivertown, they are up front on everything with no hidden agenda.

Took my 2016 Shelby in this morning for an oil change and front end alignment. No complaints... Everything went smoothly and the complimentary cappuccino was off the hook! 😆
Everyone was very friendly. Although, I felt 2 1/2 hours for an oil change , with a set appointment time was a bit excessive.
Was a great experience shopping here. They took the time to help me find the right truck and I never felt pressured to buy.

Rivertown is just ok. My biggest gripe with this and other dealer service shops is they force customers to do business on their terms. My car had a transmission issue that was covered under warranty, and Rivertown kept it for seven weeks! That's unacceptable. On this job, a safety recall, the corresespondence from Ford said a "remedy" is available. When I called to schedule the appointment, the service writer assured me this one be done in one day. It's always clean and well organized. They provide a very comfortable waiting environment equipped with amenities to make the wait not so tedius.
The people checking the car in and then taking the payment need to explain what maintenance was done.
They need to go over upfront exactly what will be done with your car, what is included in the price, what maintenance your car may need soon, etc.
I went over the printout that was given to me and was left on my own to try to decipher everything that was done.

All of the work performed in a timely manner was ready on time! I have never been disappointed with the service on my 2025 Bronco.
The process of scheduling, drop off and performing the work was seamless on this visit. The primary desired tires were not available and had a three day wait time which required me to buy a more expensive tire that was available.
The customer representative was professional the whole time and let me know about updates on my truck including additional services through text message which made it convenient for to easily be in control of any additional services.
Robbie was very courteous and helpful, The service department did a great job servicing my F250. It was complete in less than 2 hours.
